Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President of Engineering to oversee our engineering operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, a bachelor's degree or above in engineering, and a proven track record of success in leadership roles with direct reports.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions for our telecommunications projects.
• Oversee the design, development, and testing of products and services to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, including product management, operations, and sales, to align engineering efforts with company goals and objectives.
• Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to the engineering team, fostering innovation and excellence in all aspects of their work.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to guide future product development strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong technical expertise in telecommunications systems, networks, and technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams, with a focus on delivering results and driving performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable engineering plans and initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
