About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President (EVP) of Commercial Strategy with a strong background in pharma, biotech, or relevant life sciences executive leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of the infrastructure and commercial strategy for products entering the U.S. market. This includes identifying key staff, defining roles, and hiring, as well as developing and executing the commercial strategy to ensure the successful introduction of new products. The EVP will also provide commercial analysis for pipeline products, lead commercial product launch preparation activities, and oversee functional areas such as supply chain management, regulatory, quality, and finance. The role requires a dedicated team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication, planning, organizational, and leadership skills.Applicants must have a minimum of fifteen years' experience in the industry, with previous C-level experience preferred. The role demands a high level of commitment, with the ability to travel occasionally and withstand the demands of a fast-paced environment. The EVP will be expected to uphold the company's mission and values, ensuring accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. Supervisory responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing the commercial team, as well as contributing to performance and compensation decisions. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven problem solver and collaborator, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
