The VP, Human Resources for the Committee of Four is a senior executive role with a strategic focus on aligning the organization's human resources with its mission and business strategy. The VP/HR-C4 will also lead change management initiatives, provide HR leadership in various areas such as performance management and talent acquisition, and ensure that all HR processes are compliant with state and federal laws.Candidates for this role must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree and HR certifications preferred. A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR management, including expertise in multiple HR disciplines, is required. The role demands a leader with a proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience in a large, complex organization and within a unionized environment is essential. The VP/HR-C4 will be expected to maintain a professional and supportive work environment, promote diversity and inclusion, and manage HR staff development.
