About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Head of Wealth Management Product Communications, Marketing, and Training to take on a strategic leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direction across a wide range of product categories and strategies, spanning various product lines including advisory, capital markets, alternatives, 3rd party, retirement, and banking. This role involves leading a global team to create and execute marketing and sales campaigns, drive training initiatives for advisors, and ensure effective communication of product features and changes to support growth and adoption. The Vice President will also be tasked with leading projects, maintaining industry awareness, and managing budgets to identify and address challenges and opportunities.Applicants must have a minimum of fifteen years of experience in wealth management solutions, with a strong background in marketing, communications, and training for investment, banking, and lending products. The role requires the ability to work strategically, across the organization, and in multi-channel, data-driven environments. A Series 7 & 24 license is mandatory, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, the ability to think creatively and drive innovation, and a focus on continuous improvement. They should be adept at building collaborative relationships, influencing in a matrixed environment, and managing through change, with a strong emphasis on maximizing relationships and effective communication.
