Position Overview:

As a Director Financial Planning & Analysis, reporting to the Universal Technical Institute Division CFO, you'll be responsible for all financial analysis for business initiatives as well as monthly/quarterly financial results for the Universal Technical Institute division. This role will be heavily focused on creating and maintaining robust and accurate models to evaluating new programs, new partnerships, and new campus locations. In addition, this role will lead the end-to-end financial analysis for student financing along with lead Capex process. This highly visible position requires close interactions with the senior leadership team as well as other key business stakeholders.

* 130,000-155,000/year depending on experience

Responsibilities

* Partnering with the Business leads to develop robust financial models in support of potential new programs, new partnerships, new campus locations and new pricing.
* Analyze student financing and develop forecasting, key metrics, and monthly reporting.
* Finance lead for Capex process for UTI Division.
* Assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items and decisions that need to be made.
* Develop key financial and operational metrics, reconciling to our budget and Strategic models.
* Develops, analyzes, and maintains robust best in class financial models.
* Drive the development and implementation of financial best practices and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Adherence to compliance requirements and to the company's Code of Ethics
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education / Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field and (8) years' of experience in Finance required
* MBA strongly preferred
* Minimum of 8 years of experience and skills with finance
o Knowledge base and experience should include advanced financial analysis and modeling skills required
* Experience in using PeopleSoft, Hyperion, and or BI tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense) preferred

* Strong MS Office proficiency, primarily Excel and PowerPoint required
