About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President/Associate Director for its new Chicago-based lending team, focusing on the direct lending/private credit market. The role involves leading and contributing to all aspects of origination, due diligence, and relationship/portfolio management. This includes underwriting processes, analyzing due diligence materials, communicating with investment bankers and company management, and working with legal counsel on investment documentation. The successful candidate will become a subject matter expert on private credit strategies, monitor market trends, and propose solutions. They should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 6-10 years of experience in leverage finance, advanced financial modeling skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.Candidates for this role at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree being a plus.
