About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President to join its Strategy and Corporate Development team, which is responsible for overseeing M&A, partnerships, and long-term growth strategy. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company invests in the assets and capabilities necessary to maintain a leadership position and stay ahead of the competition. The successful candidate will be part of a small, influential team that works closely with senior leaders to define and execute strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include driving the strategic planning process, tracking execution against the strategy, conducting competitive intelligence, and building out capabilities such as client, market, and competitor intelligence. The role also involves collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to identify and cultivate partnership and acquisition opportunities, as well as leading the execution of such transactions across all product lines.Applicants for the Vice President position should have 5-8 years of experience in strategy, investment banking, or corporate development, with a strong preference for those with top-tier investment banking firm experience. A strategic mindset, outstanding quantitative and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams are essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of new technologies and their impact on financial markets, as well as the ability to assess the implications of changing business models and prioritize initiatives for growth. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior business leaders are also required. The role demands a highly motivated individual with a strong attention to detail, extensive modeling and presentation experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
