About the Role

The Company is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead its accounting function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timeliness, efficiency, and accuracy of the month-end and quarter-end close processes, internal financial reporting, and the company's financial statements. This role requires a hands-on approach to partner across the organization, improve financial processes, and provide solutions for any challenges that may arise. The Corporate Controller will also oversee the company's equity plans, manage outsourced functions including tax, and ensure compliance with all financial and SEC regulations, including SOX.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, preferably with an accounting or business/management focus, a CPA license, and experience at a Big Four certified public accounting firm. Previous in-house experience at a public biotech company is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP reporting, and a functional understanding of ERP systems, with specific knowledge of Netsuite being a plus. The role demands a professional with the highest levels of ethics and integrity, who is a strong collaborator with excellent organizational skills, and can perform effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
