Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Manager to join our team. As the Used Car Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of our used car department. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage a team

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the used car department, including inventory (retail and wholesale), pricing, and merchandising.
• Run the Service to Sales aspect of the dealership.
• Desk deals when needed.
• Train and mentor sales staff to ensure knowledge of the used vehicles available.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably with used vehicles
• Strong knowledge of CRM's, and Inventory Management tools
• Experience with merchandising used vehicles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
