About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead the development and implementation of robust risk monitoring and framework execution in line with enterprise risk management programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the ERM risk monitoring capability, including monitoring material risk, exposure against risk appetite limits, and key risk indicators. This role involves developing high-quality risk reports, providing monitoring results to senior management, and driving automation of the monitoring and reporting process in partnership with stakeholders. The individual will also ensure that the necessary governance and controls are in place for the monitoring and reporting process.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of financial industry experience, including risk management and financial planning and analysis. A strong background in data, analytics, databases, and data quality is desired, with experience in Tableau, PowerBI, and visualization being preferred. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in credit risk management, non-financial risk management, and a solid understanding of financial planning and analysis. Leadership competencies include a proven track record of driving change, problem-solving, collaborative work style, and clear communication. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related analytical field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
