We are expanding our Front Office Team and are actively looking for a Shipping Coordinator.

SHIPPING COORDINATOR
Annual Salary: $45,000-$60,000 (DOE)

We are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business headquartered in Dover, New Hampshire, with over 30 years of experience specializing in the design, development, manufacture, and sales of diagnostic and rehabilitative medical devices.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Individual will be responsible for receiving orders, executing all domestic and international shipping/invoicing functions, and answering phones.
This is a full-time opportunity (M-F, 9 am – 5 pm) with outstanding benefits to include employer-paid health insurance and a generous PTO package.
*Please note, this position is in a professional office setting and not warehouse related.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Individual is supervised by Office Manager/Bookkeeper.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Confirms receipt of orders via email.
• Responsible for shipping (clerical side) of all products and invoicing appropriately.
• Creates labels and coordinates information utilizing UPS, FedEx, or WorldShip software.
• Provides tracking information and invoice to customers once order has shipped.
• Coordinates freight shipping for large system orders and incoming product shipments.
• Answers phones promptly and directs calls as needed.
• Takes sales orders efficiently, and in a professional manner.
• Backup coverage of Bookkeeper as needed.
• Performs all other tasks as assigned.

• Shipping experience required.
• QuickBooks experience required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
• Proven experience accomplishing goals.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and communicate solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
