• Production: Guide technicians towards achieving goals, identify sales opportunities, manage collections, and deliver services with conscientiousness and reliability.
• Service Support: Optimize technician scheduling, maintain service vehicle and equipment standards, and manage inventory effectively to support client needs.
• Human Resource Management: Engage in technician development, performance management, recruitment support, and disciplinary actions as necessary, embodying leadership roles when required.
• Business Savvy: Balance client needs with business objectives, troubleshoot effectively, cultivate client relationships, and align team strengths with client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in roles emphasizing client service, team collaboration, and business management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $63,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
