We are a growing customer enrollment and sales firm based in the Long Beach area on the hunt for an outgoing Service Enrollment Representative to join our team. Our team of ambitious experts work together to create strategically targeted residential outreach campaigns to facilitate and support our clients expansion goals in the local area. We have found that the best way for us to reach new customers on behalf of our clients is to promote their products, services and promotions directly to consumers.

As a Service Enrollment Representative, you will be responsible for conducting in person customer outreach and executing presentations with the goal of enrolling new customers and upgrading current customers on behalf of our clients. To be successful in this position, the Service Enrollment Representative will need to handle accurate customer information, complete note-taking for each account on a file, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Service Enrollment Representative must have a keen attention to detail, be organized, and be able to maintain a consistent and positive attitude. We need self-sufficient Service Enrollment Representatives who possess rational logic and can finish work within our deadlines while maintaining a substantial work ethic and sharp problem-solving skills. We desire team players who understand or are open to learning the professional world and how to communicate with both customers and clients.

Responsibilities of the Service Enrollment Representative:

• Communicate directly with potential customers, foster strong trust, and educate prospective and current customers on enrollment options and promotions they may quality for
• Handle all steps of the enrollment process
• Address any enrollment issues or setbacks and appropriately escalate to the executive team when necessary
• Effectively communicate and engage with customers on behalf of our clients and answer any questions that they may have
• Maximize and use our targeted residential outreach approach to reach as many potential customers as possible
• General customer service, including problem-solving, analyzing data, and providing solutions

Requirements of the Service Enrollment Representative:

• A GED or High School Diploma preferred
• Any college experience or an Associate's Degree is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have reliable transportation to our home location daily
• Comfortable working directly with customers in person at the events we host

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
