About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP for Strategic DEI and Talent Programs. This executive will be responsible for leading and standardizing DEI and talent programs across functions, engaging with business leaders, HR advisors, and DEI and talent management partners to ensure the global implementation of focused programs. The role involves developing efficient tracking processes to measure outcomes, creating effective communication channels, and analyzing DEI-related data to inform leadership decisions and drive program execution. The SVP will also work closely with talent acquisition to promote inclusive recruiting and talent mobility, and will integrate DEI practices into people programs and development to enhance the employee experience.Candidates for this role should have 8-10 years' of experience in related HR, talent management, or diversity work, with a Bachelor's degree. The position requires excellent communication and diplomacy skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to influence cross-business and global teams. A self-starter with strong analytical skills, the successful candidate will be adept at creating insights and managing relationships, and will be expected to engage with external diversity organizations to enhance inclusive talent pipelines. The role demands a proactive approach to communication and the ability to recommend DEI interventions based on identified trends in talent management.
