About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP for Strategic DEI and Talent Programs. This executive will be responsible for leading and standardizing DEI and talent programs across functions, engaging with business leaders, HR advisors, and DEI and talent management partners to ensure the global implementation of focused programs. The position requires excellent communication and diplomacy skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to influence cross-business and global teams. A self-starter with strong analytical skills, the successful candidate will be adept at creating insights and managing relationships, and will be expected to engage with external diversity organizations to enhance inclusive talent pipelines. The role demands a proactive approach to communication and the ability to recommend DEI interventions based on identified trends in talent management.
