About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Relationship Manager to join its growing Healthcare vertical. The successful candidate will be part of the Life Sciences Group within the Emerging Corporates Group, focusing on private and public emerging growth companies in the medical device, tools & diagnostics, life sciences, and digital health industry sub-segments. This role is pivotal in the company's prudent and organized approach to client selection and capital allocation, ensuring the development of strong relationships with clients who value the company's global platform and sophisticated product set.The Senior Relationship Manager will have primary responsibility for acquiring new commercial banking clients and deepening existing relationships. This includes self-origination of new business, maintaining strong sales disciplines, and establishing a deep understanding of clients' banking and financing needs. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking, with a total of at least 15 years in the banking industry, and a sound knowledge of commercial banking products. Superior communication, interpersonal, and influence skills are essential, as is a proven track record in originating new relationships. A formal credit training and experience with different capital structures and capital markets teams are preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred, and the candidate must be able to secure and/or maintain SIE, 79, and 63 licenses.
