The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to acquire new institutional assets and revenue, coordinating sales efforts across multiple asset classes, and maintaining strong client relationships at senior levels. The SVP will work closely with various internal teams, including distribution, investment, legal, compliance, and operations, to enhance the firm's proactive presence and competitive edge.Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in institutional investor sales or consultant coverage, with a proven track record of sales success and strategic business development. The role requires a strong understanding of the asset management industry, the ability to represent a broad range of asset classes, and a client-centric mindset. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, possess strong commercial acumen, and have the capability to construct and implement strategic plans. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA and/or CFA preferred. The position demands extensive travel and a high level of professionalism, self-motivation, and accountability.
