About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Corporate Counsel with a strong background in commercial law, particularly in technology transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales and commercial contracting efforts, working closely with internal business stakeholders to provide high-quality legal advice, and independently managing multiple priorities. Essential duties include drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of customer-facing technology and commercial transactions, driving significant transaction volume, and identifying legal and business risks. Experience with privacy matters or product counseling is a plus. The role also involves assisting with mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, as well as participating in special projects as required.Applicants must have a JD from an accredited law school, be licensed and in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. state, and have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a sophisticated commercial environment, with a preference for a combination of law firm and in-house experience. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in technology services arrangements and core contractual terms, and the ability to assess their impact on business arrangements. Skills required include the ability to balance risks and opportunities, analyze and resolve legal issues, and communicate clear and practical advice in a fast-paced business setting. The role demands a proactive individual with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and a team player with outstanding professionalism and judgment.
