About the Role
The Senior Corporate Counsel, Litigation at the company will play a key role in providing global legal support across a range of areas, including intellectual property disputes, commercial litigation, and regulatory investigations. Experience in setting case strategy, managing the discovery process, and handling mediation, arbitration, and trials is essential. The ideal candidate will have a good standing bar admission and experience in the software industry. Responsibilities also include the development and implementation of proactive compliance policies, monitoring legal updates, and working with a variety of team members to enhance the company's global litigation and legal compliance programs.
