We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team!

As the Sales Manager you will:

· Lead prospective residents and family members on guided tours of the community, while also working with members of the sales team to improve their effectiveness in the tour process, through coaching and training.

· Maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospect database and tracking system, while also holding members of the sales team accountable in the required number of follow-up contacts.

· Ensure that sales ratios are met – specifically inquiry-to-tour and tour-to-deposit.

· Ensure that all current company standards and benchmarks are being met and exceeded.

Successful candidate will bring:

· Excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive a sales team.

· Be a self-motivated and a creative thinker

· Have a goal-driven, energetic, professional personality is required.

· Ability to sell the community to prospective residents.

· A proven track record of success.

· Ability to build trust, establish rapport, and problem solve.

· 2 years of outside sales experience required.

· Previous management experience preferred.

· Bachelor's degree preferred.
