The Sales Coordinator will assist with all aspects of On-site Banquets, Off Premise events and Daily Deliveries as needed by the Director of Sales. Responsible for keeping all tax-exempt clients up to date. The Sales Coordinator is also responsible for helping with the daily operational administrative functions as well as assisting in the coordination of delivery driver logistics as needed

Essential Functions

  • Order Entry
  • Maintain tax exempt file
  • Report to and coordinate with the Sales Director on daily projects
  • Capable of handling multiple assignments that contributes to growing the catering business.
  • Fields’s telephone and e-mail requests for information
  • Follow up with inquiries and holds in a timely manner
  • Follow up on past due signed contracts and deposits
  • Prepares contracts, estimate or quote prices and process orders
  • Meets with clients regarding set up, menus and special requirements.
  • Responsible for completing banquet packet for chef at end of month
  • Works all off premise events as necessary
  • Orders all necessary rentals for off premise events
  • Additional duties as deemed appropriate by the Sales Director
  • Works with operations managers to ensure proper delivery of services
