We are seeking a Safety Director to join our team and oversee all aspects of safety and compliance within our organization. The Safety Director will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies and procedures, conducting safety training for drivers and staff, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Conduct safety training for drivers and staff
- Monitor and evaluate safety performance
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Investigate accidents and incidents
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Previous experience in safety management, preferably in the trucking industry
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
