Overview:
We are a service driven organization. We strive to provide excellent products and services to our customers. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic candidate that shares our passion for results driven performance. Candidate must have a natural selling ability, strong communication skills, motivation to build and maintain relationships, possess a willingness to learn our organization and industry.

Duties:

  • Travel approximately 25% - 30% of the time within the USA and Canada to visit customers. The trips will include picking up and/or delivering material.
  • Interact with customers while in person and via telephone/computer to further promote company’s products and services
  • Facilitate technical discussions with the customer and the company’s technical team
  • Maintain impeccably accurate paperwork
  • Utilize resources to expand business with existing customers and with new prospects
  • Actively participate in industry trade shows to generate new business and maintain rapport with existing customers
  • Maintain accurate and current customer database
  • Become well versed in industry trends to identify opportunities for company growth
  • When not traveling, answer incoming prospect/customer questions about orders and services.
  • Develop and execute on campaigns to grow revenue for the company – must be comfortable with various prospecting techniques, including cold calls.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must have a clean driving record and have the ability to drive or to learn to drive a 16 ft. truck.
  • Must be able to drive in Canada
  • Applicant must possess a valid Passport for travel outside the USA
  • Candidates should have minimum 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
  • An eagerness to serve others and the genuine desire to learn and to grow in a team environment
  • Industry knowledge is desired but not required
  • Applicants must possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Applicants need to understand the importance of teamwork
  • Applicants must be results-oriented.
  • Must be able to lift 75lbs
