Confidential Construction Company is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information related to our construction projects and operations.

The Receptionist's responsibilities will include:

• Answer phones, relay messages, greet visitors.
• Assist with travel planning and event coordination.
• Receive and process job leads and enter them into the CRM
• Assign job numbers to contracts that have been won, process the jobs in the CRM
• Check the calendar daily and create job packets for the crew.
• Scan time sheets and receipts when jobs are completed and maintain the documents online.
• Deposit checks. Scan and email deposit reports to necessary parties.
• Maintain filing systems for employees, vendors, completed jobs, bank deposits and paid invoices.
• Maintain orderliness of front office and break room.
• Keep inventory of office, kitchen, and bathroom supplies.
• Assist with projects and tasks as requested to support the entire staff.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED preferably
• At least two years of experience as an Office Administrator
• Experience in Construction is preferred.
