DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time position typically works 9 AM - 6 PM, Tuesday - Saturday.

As a Front Office Dealership Receptionist - Administrative Assistant, you are vital to the success of our dealership. You perform a variety of clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, data entry, and more. Always attentive to detail, you make sure to keep all documents organized and file them correctly. You also manage our phones. When calls come in, you answer them cheerfully. You address any questions or concerns our customers may have. Additionally, when clients visit our dealership, you greet them with a smile. You love working with people every day and get great satisfaction from providing top-notch customer service!
