Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Office Broker Manager to lead our team to new heights of success. As the Broker Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our real estate office, providing leadership and guidance to our agents, and driving business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for real estate.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be licensed NJ Broker
  • Recruit, hire, train and manage real estate agents.
  • Independently manage the office.
  • Foster positive culture within the office.
  • Maintain healthy profit and loss statement in alignment with ownership goals.
  • Energetic leader who inspires all associated with the office.
  • Lead agents to achieving their own/team goals.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, agents, and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Market: In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends, pricing, regulations, and best practices.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues, make sound decisions, and handle challenging situations in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using real estate software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office including coordinating schedules, overseeing administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and community members to expand the network and generate new business opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all real estate transactions and activities within the office comply with local, state, and federal laws, as well as industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the owner to develop and implement strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance the reputation of the office and brand.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in real estate regulations to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing and advertising campaigns to promote properties, attract clients, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Negotiation and Deal Management: Assist agents in negotiating contracts, reviewing offers, and managing transactions to ensure smooth and successful closings.
  • Enthusiastically promote the use of our Title, and Mortgage Affiliates
  • Enjoying Coaching agents in business development.
  • Promote personal growth and knowledge through attendance at company Masterminds, and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
