Our company is looking of a Real Estate Closer that is able to handle files independently and efficiently. Attention to detail is a must! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Examining and clearing requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions for compliance status.
• Regularly communicating with realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers and clients to timely and efficiently closing transactions.
• Preparing all closing and settlement documents, including escrow agreements, HUDs, and deeds.
• Conducting closings with the necessary parties.
• Fulfilling the duties of an escrow officer, including the receipt and disbursement of funds.
• Reviewing all files before, during and after the closings to prevent and resolve any potential claims.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

• Real Estate Processing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Closing: 2 years (Required)
