Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. As the Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. You will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our quality systems and processes

Duties and Responsibilities

· Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures, implement process changes to the floor

· Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement.

· Oversee the implementation of quality control measures throughout the production process.

· Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

· Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

· Lead and manage a team of quality associates.

· Perform Root Cause Corrective Actions with teams and measure outcomes

· Implement metrics and tracking systems

· Handle quality concerns and interact with customers, travel as necessary.

· Provide training for Quality team and other departments to ensure compliance and product quality.

· Work with tooling and inter-company departments for New Product Launches

· Strong knowledge of quality systems and principles

· Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams.

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.

· Possess practical written and verbal communication skills

· Track record of leadership and team mentoring/coaching.

· All other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Education and Experience

· Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering)

* Must Have Plastic industry experience

· 3 – 5years of proven Quality experience in quality assurance management, preferably in a manufacturing setting or a combination of education and work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Quality control Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Everett, WA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
