Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager VAS (Value Added Services) experience required. Production Manager must have expereince planning, coordinating, and optimizing production activities to meet quality, quantity, and timeline goals. This includes managing resources, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and continually seeking opportunities for process improvement. Ultimately, the production manager plays a key role in ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently to meet the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:

● Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to meet company objectives and

customer demands.

● Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.

● Monitor production processes and implement measures to ensure quality control and

adherence to safety standards.

● Manage inventory levels to meet production requirements while minimizing excess

inventory.

● Supervise and train production staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and

resources to perform their duties effectively.

● Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and quality

assurance, to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise.

● Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

and implement corrective actions as needed.

● Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to identify

opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.

Requirements

● Must be at least 21 years of age

● Must be able to pass all background check and licensing requirements

● VAS (Value Added Services) experience a must

● Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field (or

equivalent work experience) preferred.

● Proven experience in production management or a similar role, preferably in a

manufacturing environment. Preferably 5 years of experience or more.

● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team

members.

● Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

● Proficiency VAS (Value Added Services) software and other relevant tools.

● Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement

methodologies is desirable
