PARALEGAL FOR PERSONAL INJURY FIRM.

Great opportunity for paralegal with personal injury experience in suburban PA. Five years experience handling a busy caseload required.

Job description as follows:

· Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including investigation, discovery and trial preparation.

· Draft and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.

· Organize and maintain case files and documents using document management systems Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

· Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining correspondence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution preferred. Proven experience working as a litigation paralegal or in a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
