Job Details/Responsibilities:

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements under the supervision and direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Assesses and document patient’s progress and communicates with supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Provides input to supervisor for discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications:

· Duties and responsibilities of the employee are governed by licensure regulations and practice acts of the state in which they are employed.

· Selected candidate must have graduated from an approved therapy program and hold a current therapist license or be eligible to receive licensure.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
