Position: Pre-Lit Associate Attorney

Location: NoHo District CA (Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Handle pre-litigation aspects of personal injury claims with a focus on premise liability cases.
• Draft demand letters and effectively negotiate settlements on behalf of our clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to build strong arguments and develop winning strategies.
• Collaborate with our legal team to strategize and provide support in preparing cases for litigation, if necessary.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Competitive Salary: Enjoy a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $135,000 based on experience and performance.
• Bonus Opportunities: Benefit from additional bonuses based on outstanding achievements and contributions.

Requirements:

• Relevant Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Pre-Litigation with a focus on Personal Injury and Premise Liability cases is required.
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Bilingual Preferred: Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
