Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Shared ownership of the US recruiting strategy
- Full cycle recruitment for a variety of exempt and non-exempt roles
- Partnership with the HR Business Partner plus hiring managers to understand hiring needs, craft unique job descriptions, source and interview candidates, and drive the process until a hiring decision is made and we've brought the new hire on board
- Managing and posting requisitions and reviewing applications through UKG (formerly UltiPro) applicant tracking system
- Previous experience managing recruiting partnerships and vendors will allow you to build an on-demand bench of talent that will amplify your own recruiting bandwidth when needed.
- Travel to College campuses for career fairs and networking events.
Qualifications and Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
- 3-5 years of full cycle experience recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions
- Proficient with a variety of sourcing channels and techniques for hard to fill positions
- Prior experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office 365
- Prior experience using an applicant tracking system, UKG (formerly UltiPro) preferably
- College degree preferred or certifications in HR-related field
