The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a residential or commercial property. This includes managing the leasing process, collecting rent, maintaining the property, and resolving tenant issues.

MUST HAVE experience with 300 unit properties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the leasing process, including advertising vacancies, showing properties to prospective tenants, and negotiating leases.
• Collect rent from tenants and deposit it into the property's bank account.
• Maintain the property, including repairs, renovations, and landscaping.
• Resolve tenant issues, such as late rent payments, noise complaints, and maintenance requests.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Work with other members of the property management team to ensure the smooth operation of the property.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in property management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
