**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and administrative staff. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to ensure smooth office functioning. Must be familiar with quickbooks and basic accounting principals. Microsoft and Google Suites a must.

**Duties:**

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

- Coordinate and oversee office events and meetings, including vendor management

- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed

- Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards

- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency

- Organize and maintain office filing systems both physical and digital

- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

- Assist in clerical tasks such as data entry, copying, and scanning documents

**Skills:**

- Proficient in calendar management to schedule appointments effectively

- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and external contacts

- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Experience in supervising teams to ensure productivity and efficiency

- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional communication

- Ability to handle clerical duties efficiently

- Familiarity with event planning for office functions

- Skilled in vendor management for office supplies and services
