Confidential is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Charleston, SC

Starting Pay $50,000/Annually. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Company Overview: Our company, with over 20 years of successful operation in the construction field, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, integrity, and innovation.

Position Summary: As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Process invoices, track expenses, and reconcile accounts.
  • Payroll Management: Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees. Minimum 3 years of QuickBooks and payroll experience is required.
  • Autonomy and Independence: Thrive in an environment where you’ll have the autonomy to manage tasks independently. Your ability to work alone and make informed decisions will be essential.
  • Organization and Efficiency: Keep our office running smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Problem-Solving: Address any administrative challenges promptly and find practical solutions.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for payroll and financial management.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
