Responsibilities:
Direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards guidelines and regulations. Excellent survey experience is a must.
Oversee the quality and financial outcomes for your facility.
Lead your team of employees with at least 10 direct reports that you will work with daily to achieve facility based and company goals.
Stay informed of health industry trends and monitor standards and compliance.
