Job Description:

Voyager Global Mobility is in search of a seasoned and forward-thinking National Service Operations Manager to spearhead our service operations on a nationwide scale. As the National Service Operations Manager, you will take charge of overseeing service centers, leading a team of shop managers, and ensuring top-tier maintenance and customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead and oversee a team of shop managers across multiple service centers nationwide.
• Formulate and execute strategic plans to optimize service operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain and enhance operational performance across service centers, upholding standards of excellence in service and repair.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and optimize maintenance processes.
• Recruit, train, and mentor shop managers and service staff to cultivate a high-performing team.
• Conduct on-site visits to service centers to evaluate operations, provide guidance, and conduct audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to bolster service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective measures as necessary.
• Supervise vehicle maintenance and repair activities to ensure fleet readiness and safety.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
• Availability for travel as required; this position is not remote.

Qualifications Needed:

• Demonstrated experience in service operations management, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a proven track record of team management and development.
• Strong organizational skills and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of implementing process enhancements to drive operational efficiency.
• Willingness to travel extensively to various service centers nationwide.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
