Multi Unit Restaurant District Manager

Duties:

• Oversee business development activities within the assigned district
• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets
• Monitor and analyze profit loss statements to identify areas for improvement
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Supervise and provide guidance to store managers and staff
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or multi-unit management (3 years/ Food related)
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions
• Proficient in project management methodologies
• Willingness to travel within the assigned district: This position will be for Grand Island, NE. Relocation is necessary.
