```Duties```
- Review and analyze medical records and patient information to ensure accurate coding and billing
- Assist with credentialling and authorizations as needed
- Assign appropriate medical codes using ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding systems
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for procedures and treatments
- Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies for reimbursement
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resubmit as necessary
- Maintain patient billing records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies or issues
- Stay up-to-date on changes in medical coding regulations and guidelines
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing or coding
- Proficient in medical terminology, ICD-10, ICD-9, and DRG coding systems
- Knowledge of medical office systems and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in coding and billing processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
