Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and inspections
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds
• Assist with landscaping duties, such as mowing, trimming, and planting
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in maintenance or groundskeeping preferred
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (preferred)
