Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property's maintenance consisting of buildings the physical grounds, interior and exterior building inspections, grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance. Your role will involve coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring equipment and systems are functioning properly, and supervising a team of maintenance technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance, and the ability to effectively manage projects.

Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to operations
- Oversee a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or potential problems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, utilizing schematics and technical manuals
- Fabricate or repair parts as necessary to maintain equipment functionality
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring availability when needed
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related concerns or requests
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections

-Work with the Property Management and Leasing staff team to ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed and on schedule

-Available to respond to emergencies and after-hours on-call emergencies sat the property

Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential maintenance or a related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and other relevant technical areas
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in maintenance management or supervisory role preferred
