RCP Inc is Hiring a Property Administrator Near Cranbury, NJ

Join our successful residential property management company as a dynamic Property Administrator. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a 2-community portfolio, assisting in various aspects of their assigned communities. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in condo management and/or vendor management. We offer comprehensive training and an outstanding career track for motivated individuals. While experience in property management is preferred, we welcome candidates who are detail-oriented, team players, and adept at multitasking. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Database Entry, Vantaca, or similar programs is essential. Knowledge of terminology relative to community associations is a plus. Punctuality is crucial, and candidates must consistently arrive to work on time. This is an in-person role, Monday to Friday.
