Our company is currently searching for Licensed Practical Nurses who are flexible and willing to travel to multiple locations. This position includes mileage reimbursement for travel. We have several facilities located in the Clearwater, Tampa and Port Charlotte areas. We are currently looking for energetic Licensed Practical Nurses who are interested in working with our teams in skilled nursing facilities.
*Pick your shift:
7:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.
3:00 P.M. - 11:00 P.M.
11:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M.
7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
7:00P.M. - 7:00 A.M.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct the daily LPN functions in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long term care/skilled nursing facility.
- Comply with the written policies and procedures.
- Complete documentation in patient/resident electronic records system.
- Follow patient/resident's care plan, wishes, and health care provider orders.
- Complete medication administration and patient/resident treatments.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
