As the IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all IT and Network Management functions for our organization. We invite qualified candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience to apply. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in LAN and WAN network management, cyber security, VOIP telecom systems, and other key IT areas.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee all IT functions, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our network systems.

· Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's overall objectives and growth plans.

· Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

· Implement and maintain cyber security measures to safeguard company data and systems.

· Oversee the management of LAN and WAN networks, ensuring seamless connectivity across multiple locations.

· Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance the company's IT infrastructure.

· Manage VOIP telecom systems and other communication technologies.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management roles.

· Proven expertise in LAN and WAN network management.

· Strong background in cyber security, including risk management and threat mitigation.

· Experience with VOIP telecom systems and other communication technologies.

· Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of IT professionals.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
