What the day looks like:

You’ll track the new inquiries to our law firm. As our staff gathers information you will be alerted to potentially high-volume injury cases. You will then either talk to the caller and persuade them of the value of our representation or make sure that they talk to one of our experienced attorneys. Your persuasive skills, organization and diligent follow-up will turn callers with good cases into clients.

After the intake has been screened by a highly trained staff member, you will often be the first person many of these people have ever talked to. You’ll have the opportunity to be a source of stability for our firm. Once they become a client, their case will then be handled by one of our experienced attorneys.

Requirements:

• NC Bar licensure preferred
• First rate sales skills
• Experience in personal injury law is strongly preferred.
• Able to work quickly and comfortable with technology.
