Growing Freight Forwarding company seeking its next rock star Import Customer Service Specialist! We are a freight forwarding company that offers and exciting and fun working environment!

The candidate will possess the following skills and required work experience, in order to meet the demands of the position:

• Excellent Customer Service skills first and foremost. Friendly, engaging personalities are a huge plus with us!
• Receive, review and process air and ocean import documentation from overseas agents/customers.
• Update air/ocean import shipment status, issue arrival notice and obtain entry documents for customs entries. Communicate with customs brokers to confirm customs release status.
• Arrange Air/Ocean Import freight release with carriers/co-load agents, confirm cargo availability.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Respond to issues quickly
• Able to work under pressure

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
