A New York single-family office is seeking a senior Human Resources generalist to take point on key personnel-oriented issues.
Responsibilities will include:
· Benefits administration and payroll processing
· Developing, reviewing, and updating policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance with Federal, State, and local laws and guidelines
· Proactively addressing complex issues, including mitigating risk and managing situations that result in the best possible outcomes for the company and employees
· Collaborating with in-house and outside legal counsel
· Participating in broader HR projects in support of the family office
This is a full-time opportunity with an organization that values confidentiality, respectfulness, and positivity. Experience with HR operations; a proven track record for working through intricate situations; and outstanding research, analysis, and communication skills are required. The annual salary range is $120,000 to $180,000 (compensation will be commensurate with credentials and experience), and the offer will also include a sign-on bonus and a generous benefits package.
