Looking for a reliable, trustworthy individual who is looking to become "part of the family."
Days of the week needed: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
With extremely hectic work schedules we are looking for someone to join our team and run/handle the following along with provide caregiving help/nanny.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the household, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
-Run errands such as: food shop, dry cleaning drop off/pick up, bank, general errands, delivery drop offs/returns, ect.
-Meal prep for 2 adults and 1 year old.
-Do laundry and put away.
-Basic cleaning.
- Act as a personal assistant to the homeowner, helping manage their schedule, making appointments, and handling correspondence when necessary.
- Manage all aspects of property management, including maintenance, repairs, lawn care and renovations.
- Provide childcare services as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of children in the household. May spend time with our child at the house or our office space, when needed.
- Help plan and organize events and special occasions hosted by the homeowner.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the household.
-Help clean pet areas.
** We are truly looking for someone to get to know us and our home. Instead of us having to leave a list every week for multiple people, we'd like one person to assimilate into this position and our family to really understand our needs/wants, to lighten our load. **
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as house management or personal assistant.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices.
-Ability to cook/meal prep.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of others.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
