We are a rapidly expanding management company seeking an experienced and business-savvy individual with a dynamic personality to fill the role of Hospitality General Manager in Duluth, MN.

As a Hospitality General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility in Duluth, MN. You will represent the property as its "ambassador", serving as the primary point of contact for our valued guests. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining the warm and hospitable atmosphere that ensures the success of our properties.

Excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as relationship-building abilities, are vital to this role. Our General Managers typically work Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility for weekend availability. However, the level of involvement in maintaining our standards is determined by the manager.

Hospitality General Manager in Duluth, MN

Job duties include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of our facility in Duluth, MN.
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with guests, employees, and vendors.
• Conducting regular building inspections to ensure the facility meets established standards.
• Hosting regular property service review meetings with staff to ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
• Responding to and following up promptly on employee and supervisor requests or issues.
• Developing and improving procedures and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Managing additional project work as needed, ensuring successful and timely completion.
• Training, coaching, and developing employees to perform at their highest potential.
• Generating sales growth in your area through effective management and promotional strategies.
• Ordering supplies as needed and maintaining effective inventory control.
• Identifying and implementing business efficiencies whenever possible to improve profitability.
• Promoting a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Making the job fun and enjoyable for you and your team.

We're looking for candidates with:

• 3 years of experience as a Salaried General Manager.
• Knowledgeable on Choice Brand and Systems.
• Previous experience in high-volume management with P&L accountability.
• Experience in training and mentoring salaried and hourly team members.
• Customer service experience.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial attitude.
• Positive spirit and great optimism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
