The ideal candidate has 1 year of Groundskeeper experience, good customer service skills, and an eye for detail. Great opportunity for seasonal employment!
Must be reliable, have transportation and have ability to work Monday through Friday.

Groundskeeper Job Description:
· Mowing lawns
· Trimming hedges
· Maintaining gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching and applying pesticides
· Operating and maintaining garden and landscaping equipment
· Picking up community grounds
· Pressure washing
· Cleaning exterior buildings and breezeway
· Cleaning the office and amenity areas
· Ability to do light maintenance in make ready units
· Use of ladders as needed
· Good customer service skills
· Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others and have strong communication skills
· Other job duties as assigned by Supervisor
· Will require lifting, pulling, bending, and stooping
· Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
